A Few Sewing Projects

Just a few of my recent projects:

This skirt was a matching mother/ daughter set I made for someone.

The end of their easter treasure hunt.

The lastest addition to our family.

(I think training it is almost as much work as a real baby.)

Sebastian on his yard sale bike that I snagged for 15.oo!

We were both thrilled!

Gardening!

When we had our first warm spirt back in the middle of March

I planted my peas and onions.

About 4 snows later I began to think I was completely out of my mind!

But much to my delight the seeds didn't rot but came up nicely!

I'm so glad spring is here to stay!

Finally!!

A week or two ago I planted the rest of my garden and the little plants are starting to show their faces!

I keep hearing these quail/ bob whites and once in a while they venture in my yard!

I love living in the woods and seeing all kinds of wild life!

My dad had a pile of stuff he was going to burn from a box lot he bought at an auction.

my son thought we COULD NOT burn such 'useful' stuff!

He heroically saved this basket from it's fire-y doom!

I spray painted it

and wah- lah!

It was a Mother's day gift basket!
